What is Xcelerate?

So that we can continue to provide our members with leading service, we have partnered with research agencies GALKAL and insync to implement our Xcelerate Member Experience Program, an independent study designed to provide valuable member insight to help us deliver the best possible products and services to you, our members.
Xcelerate Phase One - The first phase of the Xcelerate Member Experience Program is to develop project objectives and implement a series of stakeholder interviews and an online survey to gain a deeper understanding of our member base. We want to unlock goals, pain points and key moments of truth across our members bank and military journey so that we can provide better value in our products and services as our members progress through their various life stages.
We aim to discover our members perception of Defence Bank, what our strengths and competitive advantages are as well as uncover the triggers and barriers that may be experienced when engaging with Defence Bank. This is your chance as our member to share with us exactly what you want and need from your primary banking provider.
Xcelerate Phase Two - The second phase of the Xcelerate Member Experience Program is to use the insights gained from our member research to form the basis of Defence Banks pathway going forward. That is why it is extremely important that we receive your feedback as our valued member.
